In the living room there is a refrigerator, a table with chairs, a sofa bed, a TV set, a kettle and an air conditioner. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink. There is an entrance hall. A maximum of 4 people can stay in a room.
- 2 two-room superior double rooms with windows and a balcony overlooking the mountains. Area - 24 sq. m. Equipped in the same way as the previous version.
There are only 40 rooms in the second building, one half of them overlooking the mountains, the other half overlooking the sea. The area of the rooms is 24-25 square meters. m. These are two-room double rooms of the comfort category, which, if necessary, can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to a sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has 1 double or 2 single beds with bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe, a dressing table with a mirror, a safe and a balcony. In the second room, in addition to the sofa, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, dining furniture and telephone are installed. The bathroom has a bath or shower, hair dryer, toilet and washbasin.
The third building of the Utes sanatorium (Crimea) has superior rooms:
- Standard deluxe of the first category for two with an area of 21 sq. m. Made in a studio style, and the windows overlook the park and the sea. - On the last floor there are 7 rooms of the highest category with a shared panoramic balcony and VIP-hall. Each of these rooms has an area of 35 square meters. m. Studio-style layout, that is, only furniture was used for space zoning.
