Thiamin

Thiamin, better known as vitamin B1, is a compound that is highly soluble in water but insoluble in alcohol. It has no color; easily exposed to elevated temperatures and destroyed.

In the human body, thiamine affects the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and lipids. About 30 mg of the vitamin is stored in the tissues of a living organism. Skeletal muscles have a very significant proportion of B1. It is also found in the brain, heart, kidneys, and liver, but in smaller amounts. Tablets "Neovitam", which contain thiamine, haveits properties: support and improve the processes of growth, development, the work of the heart, central and peripheral, as well as the digestive systems. Due to the fact that the substance is water-soluble, it does not accumulate in the body and does not have toxic effects. People who constantly drink alcohol and eat poorly are deficient in B1. It leads to beriberi and Korsakoff-Wernicke syndrome. Both diseases lead to poor functioning of the nervous system, which, when the proper amount of thiamine is restored in the body, begins to function normally.

Pyridoxine

“Neovitam” is, as mentioned above, a vitamin B complex. In addition to B1, tablets also contain B6(pyridoxine). It is colorless crystals, which, like thiamine, are able to dissolve in water. The substance is involved in metabolism. In addition, pyridoxine combines with proteins that are necessary for the processing of amino acids. It also helps the body produce blood cells and a coloring pigment called hemoglobin and distribute glucose in cells. Partially destroyed during heat treatment. Therefore, foods containing it (fruits, vegetables, cottage cheese) are recommended to be eaten raw.

Pyridoxine, being the main catalyst for the metabolism of substances such as amino acids, is able to have a good effect on metabolism. Thanks to this, it easily increases the efficiency of the human brain, improves mood and memory.

Deficiency B6 Feels like having seizures and other symptoms of central nervous system dysfunction.

Cyanocobalamin

"Neovitam", the instructions for use of which says that it contains vitamin B12, has cyanocobalamin in small doses. In fact, this substance is not synonymous with B12, it has its vitamin activity without being itself.

A feature of cyanocobalamin is that it is not able to be synthesized in plants and animals. This vitamin is the only one that is formed in microorganisms (bacteria). It is recommended to eat the liver and kidneys of animals, where it accumulates the most. The substance can also be produced in the digestive tract of animals and humans. However, due to the fact that it occurs in the large intestine, there is no way for it to be properly absorbed.

Food factories and companies that specialize in making breakfast cereals, energy drinks and chocolate bars add cyanocobalamin to their products.
