Unfortunately, there are many gaps in our medicine in the twenty-first century. Today we will talk in detail about one of them. When a person has even one symptom of bowel problems, doctors are not always aware of it. After all, signs such as intestinal irritation, dysbacteriosis, constipation, etc., are often ignored by patients.
Follow body signals
Although even on your own it is easy to detect problems with your intestines. Symptoms (treatment, of course, you will not prescribe for them, only a doctor can do this) are determined in this sequence. Answer the next question. Do you have stool disorders (frustration, constipation, and alternation)?
If yes, then you urgently need to consult with doctors. Also, you should be alerted by the presence of discomfort or pain in the abdomen, which directly or indirectly arise as a result of a violation of the stool (more frequent or, conversely, scanty bowel movements, changes in composition, and so on).
Meteorism
Increasedflatulence also suggests that there is a problem with the intestines. What if all this is available? This can be determined by the doctor. After all, the reason may lie both in malnutrition and in the presence of infections in the body.
The human intestine is about seven meters long. Its surface is covered with villi. It is through it that all the food you eat is absorbed into the bloodstream. Its area is approximately four hundred square meters. If you have even one symptom of bowel problems, know that this may indicate irritable bowel syndrome, dysbacteriosis and other diseases, as a result of which half of the entire surface may refuse to work.
What else to look out for
Which activities should be done first? Some people suffer from a disease called celiac disease. It is expressed in the inability to tolerate cereal protein. So this is where you need to start looking for reasons. The doctor must determine if the patient has this condition.
You can also experiment on your own. Stop eating bread, crackers, semolina, pasta (vermicelli, spaghetti, etc.), products made from wheat, oats, rye, barley, etc. Refrain from eating all of the above for at least two weeks. If after that you do not show at least one symptom of problems with the intestines, then we can safely say that you have celiac disease. In this case, you must replace these products.
In order to get rid of intestinal problems, there are some dietary recommendations. It is worth listening to them, especially if you have diarrhea, which manifests itself often. Give preference to white meat, limit the amount of legumes (beans, asparagus, peas, and so on), dairy and sour-milk products. But all these actions must be agreed with your doctor. If everything is chosen correctly, you will no longer be bothered by any symptom of intestinal problems.
