Features of abbreviations

The name of the company (subdivision code) or the full name of the individual insurer is entered in the line “place of work - name of the organization”. The name of the organization that provided medical care and issued the sick leave is entered in the line "name of the medical organization". The line is designed for 29 characters, and if the name does not fit, an abbreviation is allowed, corresponding to the constituentdocuments.
"The doctor's surname and initials or indication number" are written in the following order: first the surname, then the initials separated by a space. In the event that the name of the doctor (more than 14 letters), transfer to the second row is allowed. If the last name contains more than 28 characters, it can be shortened. What other sick leave is there?

How is sick leave issued for pregnancy?
An important document for a future mother is a sick leave for pregnancy and childbirth. This is the only basis for receiving benefits for a working woman. Often, expectant mothers fill out the block about the employer on their own. The disability certificate is issued, as a rule, for a period of 30 weeks. The duration of the sick leave is 70 days before the birth and the same amount after them.
Can I apply for sick leave retroactively? Yes, if documents confirming the onset of the disease are provided. This can happen when a person was on a business trip forabroad and fell ill, went to a he alth center, instead of a clinic, or he needs to get to a medical facility for a long time.
