Preparations "Asparkam" and "Panangin" have the same chemical formula: K + and Mg2 +, the same excipients. Available in similar forms: solution for infusion and tablets. But there are three differences: country of origin, price and dosage. These medicines are sources of
substances necessary for the functioning of the heart muscle, such as potassium and magnesium. These elements enhance metabolic processes. Also, the preparations "Asparkam" and "Panangin" have the ability to carry ions through cell membranes and restore the electrolytic process. The main use of these drugs: disruption of the rhythm of the heart, angina pectoris and the prevention of such a common disease today as a stroke. The mechanism of action is based on the activity of the potassium-magnesium aspartate compound.
Potassium helps to carry out the transmission of nerve impulses, standardizes muscle contractions, thereby normalizing the work of the heart. If the metabolic process is disturbed in the human bodyof this mineral, there are malfunctions in the work of muscles and nerves.
