- It is recommended not todrink alcohol, refrain from smoking, and eliminate all fried and fatty foods from the diet.
- Physical overstrain and emotional excitement can affect the analysis of the CBC. Therefore, 15 minutes before the procedure, you need to sit, relax and calm down.
- Before donating blood, it is recommended to stop taking medication. If this is not possible, then the doctor should be warned about the drugs used. Then he will make a correction during the analysis.
Goals of the UAC
The main purpose of this analysis is to determine the quantitative indicators of the main elements of the blood. Here are some of them:
- erythrocytes - blood cells that transport oxygen to internal organs;
