Burdock as a plant for the treatment of joints has long established itself as the most affordable and effective remedy. That is why people with diseases of the musculoskeletal system use this therapy quite often.
Folk recipes using burdock
1. Honey and crushed roots of the plant must be mixed in equal proportions. Take the remedy three times a day according to Art. spoon.
2. Honey and root powder extract (1:1) insist one week in a glass of vodka. Reception: 1 tbsp. spoon three times a day.
3. In a glass of boiling water, insist 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dry ground roots 1 hour. Reception: 2 tbsp. spoons four times a day.
4. Sore joints can be wrapped in fresh burdock leaves.
Treatment of arthrosis with burdock
Arthrosis is considered one of the most common diseases, and burdock treatment in folk therapy is considered the most effective:
1. Rinse and dry 5-7 burdock leaves. Stack them tightly, velvety side down, and place a pot of boiling water on top. Lubricate the sore spot with unrefined vegetable oil, attach the prepared leaves with the velvet side to the sore joint, cover with polyethylene on top and tiewarm scarf.
2. Treatment with burdock juice is quite effective. Remember the leaf until drops of juice appear. Lightly sprinkle it with any cologne and put it on the sore joint. Top with plastic wrap and wrap with a scarf. Leave this compress overnight.
Treatment of arthritis and sciatica with burdock
In these diseases, fresh burdock leaves are applied to the inflamed joints. Treatment with burdock and its leaves for a long period of time helps to achieve good results.
Poultices
Most often, folk methods of treatment offer treatment of joints with burdock and its roots. There should be enough roots to cover a completely diseased joint. Cover with a lid and leave to standone night. Take an infusion of a third of a glass, drink the morning portion on an empty stomach.
Burdock and elecampane
Herbalists recommend using burdock roots and elecampane as an infusion. An infusion of each root is prepared separately. Crushed elecampane root is poured with chilled boiled water overnight. Do the same with burdock root. In the morning, the infusions are filtered and combined. Take during the day 4-5 times in half a glass.
Burdock treatment is especially effective in combination with special gymnastics and physiotherapy activities performed in accordance with the doctor's prescription.
