"Silarsil" is a drug on a natural basis. The active ingredient silymarin is, in fact, 3 isomers that have been isolated in the laboratory from the fruits of spotted milk thistle.
According to the instructions for use of "Silarsil", the composition of the capsule enters into active interaction with the liver tissues. As a result, the following effect is achieved:
- free radicals break down into less toxic compounds;
- blocks the penetration of toxins into the cellular structure of the organ;
- accelerates the regeneration of cells that have been damaged as a result of alcohol, infectious diseases and other negative factors;
- lipid peroxidation stops, which prevents further cell damage.
Indications for use
In the instructions for use of "Silarsil" 140 or 70 mg capsules, it is recommended to take:
- in therapeutic measures (as an additional impact in the framework of complex therapy);
- for prevention (you can drink the product to prevent negative effects on the organ, but before that you should visit a doctor).

For adult patients, the standard dosage is 1 capsule. You need to take the remedy 2 or 3 times a day. In this case, the maximum daily dose is 420 mg.
