If massive bleeding from the uterus is diagnosed, which leads to a sharp anemization and hypovolemia, a separate diagnostic curettage is shown, which is carried out under the control of hysteroscopy. It should be remembered that in violation of blood clotting, surgical therapy for uterine bleeding is not used. This treatment is usually usedin the treatment of postmenopausal women.
