Do not underestimate the various diseases that can manifest themselves against the background of fatigue, considering their appearance as laziness or attributing them to "seasonal" beriberi.
For example, the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) indicate a serious enough disease that should be treated immediately to avoid more serious ailments. As a separate diagnosis, CFS was first made only in 1988, but the number of cases of this disease has increased rapidly. At the same time, it should be noted right away that chronic fatigue syndrome, the prevention of which should be carried out under the supervision of a doctor, is not typical at all, and its pathogenesis is not very clear to physicians. A complete diagnosis of CFS is possible only through clinical research, and in order to clearly define this ailment in a person, one must find one symptom that is pronounced and at least six that are not too clearly expressed.
In principle, if we talk about the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome, the first thing that comes to mind is a feeling of fatigue and apathy. Howeverat the same time, fatigue does not go away even after a certain amount of rest or after a decrease in motor activity by at least half.
In simpler terms, a person is resting, but feels very tired even after a noticeable amount of time. But do not forget about the small signs, which consist in a certain muscular discomfort, painful sensations in the area of the lymph nodes (and in some cases, manifestations of fever and fever are even possible). Of course, depression and a decrease in the quality of memory can act as additional accompaniment.
Some symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome can even resemble the onset of a cold infection, with sore throat and lymph nodes, laryngitis, dizziness, anxiety, chills, and unexpected chest pains.
Unfortunately, due to such phenomena, an erroneous diagnosis sometimes occurs, which only leads to a worsening of the patient's condition. However, here you should pay attention to the fact that such symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome do not disappear when you try to cure them with antiviral drugs. Accordingly, this is the first signal to think about the nature of their appearance and find the causes of a state atypical for a person.
Speaking about the treatment of this disease, it is worth immediately warning that doctors deal with it with lesshunting, and some medical workers do not even consider CFS a disease. Nevertheless, a neuropathologist, an ENT specialist and a therapist are obliged to study the patient if he is suspected of having such a diagnosis. There is a certain set of measures by which chronic fatigue syndrome is cured. Treatment with folk remedies in this case may be more effective here than taking psychotropic drugs.
