Sanatorium "Sidelniki" is located in the Republic of Belarus on the picturesque bank of the Pripyat River in the Gomel region. It is 10 km from the city of Mozyr and 286 km from Minsk.
The Sidelniki sanatorium (photo and description of the he alth center will be given in this article) is a modern he alth resort for the treatment and preventive monitoring of children's he alth. Belarusian doctors have preserved and improved the methods of healing young patients, developed back in Soviet times. The sanatorium "Sidelniki" is located on an area of 10 hectares in the republican reserve "Mozyr ravines" near the Pripyat River in a dense forest with coniferous and deciduous trees. Ecologically clean natural conditions are the best suited for a good rest for children.

For living on the territory there are three sleeping buildings, each under its own name: "Sunny", "Star", "Pearl". As well as auxiliary facilities - a canteen, a school, a swimming pool, sports and medical buildings. All buildings are connected by heated passages, which is very convenient in the cold season. History
The sanatorium can accommodate up to 370 people at the same time. Children are accepted from the age of three. The he alth resort was founded in 1996. The first patients were children who suffered from the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster. ATAt present, children of other contingents are recovering here as well. For example, the children of workers and employees of Belarusian factories, such as the oil refinery in Mozyr, the Belarusian Metallurgical Plant or Zapad-TransNefteprodukt, have a rest.

The Sidelniki sanatorium provides exceptionally comfortable living conditions for young patients: single, double and triple superior rooms. Each room has a washbasin, shower, toilet, TV. Rooms for living are furnished with modern beautiful and comfortable furniture, they are warm and cozy. The original interiors attract attention. If you are drivingown car. From Minsk (286 km to the sanatorium) you need to go along the M5 road, which leads from the city of Minsk to the city of Gomel, along it to get to the city of Bobruisk (131 km). From it you need to go along the P31 road towards the city of Mozyr until the left turn, where there is a sign that indicates the direction to the children's sanatorium "Sidelniki" (about 154 km). On the way there will be a bridge across the Pripyat River, after passing it, you will see a turn to the villages of Noviki and the village of Nagornye, then follow the sign indicating the direction to the Sidelniki he alth resort (about 1 km)
If you decide to travel by rail, you need to specify the time when the train departs, which will take you to the Kalinkovichi railway station. Trains run from Minsk, Moscow and St. Petersburg. From Minsk there is a train "Minsk - Kalinkovichi - Gomel", which departs according to the schedule at 16.13 and at 17.00 every day. There is also a train "Baranovichi - Zhytomyr" at 00.54.
