Sinusitis - what is it
In our society, it is customary not to pay any attention to the common cold. Too little is a problem - we think! But the hour is not even - and complications can arise in the sinuses. These sinuses are called sinuses, hence the name of the disease. They are very close to the brain, and when they become inflamed, the pus that has arisen in one of the sinuses can easily spread to the brain. This can lead to both disability and death. Children's sinusitis
Sinusitis in children is quite common. The immune system of the child is not yet strong enough, and against the background of weakened immunity, bacteria can easily enter the sinuses. Very often this occurs in the form of complications after a cold. Often in childhood sinusitis there is a risk of infection spreading to the middle ear, which causes separate forms of otitis media.
Children's sinusitis symptoms are significantly different from adults:
- child's complaints of pain in different parts of the head:
- throat may dry out;
- appetite reduced and sleep disturbed;
- significant rise in temperature;
- cough that worsens at night.
No folk methods
