General information
This he alth spa was built in 1987. It occupies a significant area of 6.7 hectares near the Rudnyansky reservoir. It is surrounded on all sides by coniferous forest, so the air here is clean, saturated with coniferous aromas, useful volatile substances - phytoncides.
The territory of the he alth resort, which is fenced and guarded around the clock, is all landscaped, green and very clean. In addition to pines, spruces and firs, oaks, birches, lindens grow here.
The complex consists of a two-story dormitory building, 6 cottages, a medical school, administrative buildings, a canteen, a sauna and a sports ground.
At the same time, the sanatorium "Solnyshko" can accommodate 240 children and 50 accompanying adults (290 beds in total).

How to find the sanatorium "Solnyshko" in Belarus?Minsk region, Slutsk district, with. Zamostye is the official address of the he alth resort. It is located about 80 km from Minsk and 22 km from the regional city of Slutsk.
You can get to the destination on your own (following the signs), by public transport (first to Slutsk, and then by regular bus to Zamosc) or order a transfer (costs up to 60 euros depending on the distance).
Accommodation
Sanatorium "Solnyshko" (Slutsk district) accommodates guests in a 2-storey dormitory building or in cottages. They are offered 2, 3 and 4-bed rooms. Amenities - a washbasin, a shower and a toilet - are provided for the cottage as a whole, but in the main building they are located on the floor. Also, residents can use a shared refrigerator, hairdryer and kettle at the rate of: a set for one cottage. There are TVs in the halls and lounges.
Each room is provided with everything you need for a comfortable stay: beds with orthopedic mattresses, a table, chairs, wardrobes, bedside tables, a mirror.
Without exception, all the rooms have a fresh high-quality renovation, the walls and floors are tiled in the showers and toilets, new modern plumbing has been installed.
If children are in a sanatorium unaccompanied by adults, then a laundry service works for them.
Accommodation prices do not depend on the season and in 2016 are 1245 rubles per adult per day and 1105 rubles per child from 3 to 17 years old. The price includes 6 meals a day, treatment, use of the entire infrastructure of the he alth resort, exceptservices of a beauty parlor and a Finnish sauna (they need to be paid additionally). All entertainment programs for residents are free of charge.

Food
Meals in the sanatorium 6 times a day, according to the customized menu. If necessary, the doctor can prescribe a dietary table (No. 5, 7, 9, 10 and 15).
The dining room is located in a separate building, consists of 3 halls. Residents at the settlement immediately indicate at which table they will dine. Meals are taken in one shift according to the following schedule:
- 8-30 - breakfast;
- 11-00 - second breakfast;
- 13-30 - lunch;
- 16-45 - afternoon tea;
- 18-45 - dinner;
- 19-30 - second dinner.
Food in the sanatorium is complete, balanced and nutritious.
Treatment base
Children's sanatorium "Solnyshko" is specialized in the treatment of the digestive and respiratory organs, endocrine, genitourinary and circulatory systems, musculoskeletal system.
The main methods used in the treatment:
- climatotherapy - walks in the forest, sunbathing, swimming in the local reservoir;
- mud treatment - sapropelic mud (silt deposits) from the fresh lake Sudobl, located in the Minsk region, pH=6, 8-7, 4;
- balneotherapy;
- electrotherapy (using currentlow frequency);
- phytotherapy;
- diet therapy;
- therapeutic massage;
- physiotherapy exercises.
To carry out the above therapeutic procedures, the sanatorium "Solnyshko" uses ordinary and hydromassage baths, jet showers, inhalers, aroma lamps, lasers, electromagnetic emitters and other medical equipment.
The sanatorium has diagnostic rooms where you can do a general blood test, urine and ECG, check blood sugar, examine the patency of the bronchi and upper respiratory tract.
Infrastructure
Sanatorium "Solnyshko", reviews of which are only positive, has a very developed infrastructure. There is a wonderful playground in the open air and a children's room with toys, where children enjoy spending time in bad weather. For those who are fond of sports, there is a sports ground where you can play football, volleyball or basketball, as well as a full-fledged tennis court and an excellent gym in the building. The he alth resort has a cinema hall with a capacity of 80 seats, where various films and cartoons are shown. Dance lovers will find a dance floor where incendiary discos are regularly held. Again, everything is free.
The cost of the tour also includes the opportunity to use parking, a left-luggage office, a library and a rental office where you can take a catamaran or a boat for a while and ride onreservoir.

Study
Sanatorium "Solnyshko" accepts children for rest and treatment all year round. So that the children do not fall behind in their studies, there is a school on its territory, in which children are trained according to the standard general education program. Qualified teachers and a psychologist work at the school.
Leisure and entertainment
So that guests do not get bored, concerts, artistic and ritual events, musical evenings, competitions are regularly held in the sanatorium. The children's sanatorium "Solnyshko" offers everyone excursions to the Mir Castle, trips to Minsk, Slutsk and Nesvizh with a walk around the city, visiting historical sites, museums, monuments, galleries and other attractions.
In the summer, hiking trips are often organized for those who are not contraindicated in physical activity. In winter, vacationers enjoy skiing and sledding.

Children are admitted to the sanatorium "Solnyshko" from the age of 3, but treatment is carried out only for children from the age of 4.
