Since he alth is considered at every level: biological, social, as well as mental, various disciplines (anatomy and physiology, medicine, sociology, philosophy, psychology) are also involved in its study. Many people are sincerely convinced that good he alth is, above all, the absence of disease. This opinion is only partly correct. After all, he alth itself means not only the absence of diseases as such, but also the ability to adapt to changing environmental conditions, different levels of physical activity.
