Before you start the diagnosis, you need to collect the necessary information about the patient. The duties of a nurse at the first stage also include the collection of information such as passport data, medical history, doctor's diagnosis, description of pain, its nature, duration, intensity, and so on.
After systematizing the information, diagnostics are carried out. To date, the concept of nursing diagnostics refers to the identification of a specific list of patient problems. This list includes stress, pain, hyperthermia, anxiety, self-hygiene, physical inactivity, and more.
After a "nursing diagnosis" is established, care planning begins. The medical officer formulates the goals and objectives of care, suggests the expected timing and results. At this stage, the nursing process also includes the formulation of techniques, methods, methods, actions through which the planned goals and tasks will be achieved.
Care planning implies a clear scheme, according to which the conditions that complicate the disease in one way or another will be eliminated. If there is a plan, the work of the staff is clearly organized and coordinated.
