Temporary residence permit - a document that must be received by all foreigners who expect to receive Russian citizenship in the future. For RWP, a medical examination is one of the prerequisites. What is the commission for?

The passage of the medical examination at the temporary residence permit is regulated by domestic law. In particular, Federal Law No. 115 "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation" and an order issued by the Ministry of He alth in 2015.
What does it include?
The medical board for RVP includes a certain list of procedures. You need to be initially prepared for the fact that this process will take more than one day. - venerologist-dermatologist;

- narcologist who will be able to assess the presence of drug, alcohol or other addiction in a migrant.
Place of commission passage
You shouldn't have any special problems with where to pass the medical examination for RVP. This list is the most extensive. A migrant has the right to apply to any medical center that provides such services and has the appropriate license.
For example, in Moscow there are several dozens of similar organizations providing these services. This list includes state budgetary he althcare institutions, as well as private companies and medical centers. There are many options where you can undergo a medical examination for RVP. Pass order

Required documents

What should you get as a result?

The package of documents should include:
- certificate that the migrant is not infected with HIV;
- medical certificate for a temporary residence permit, indicating that the patient does not take drugs;
- information bypass sheet, which contains information that the migrant is he althy and has the right to receive the necessary documents. Otherwise, this information sheet indicates diseases for which it is not recommended to issue a temporary residence permit.
Compulsory he alth insurance policy
According to the law, a foreigner who comes to Russia to obtain citizenship must take out a compulsory medical insurance policy. Exactly the same as that of all citizens of the Russian Federation.
However, it can only be obtained after the applicant issues a temporary residence permit. A transitional document is provided for the coming period. It differs from the standard policy that all Russians have in that it is never plastic. The main thing is its duration. Its term is limited to the year in which the migrant applied for such a policy, or the period for which a temporary residence permit will be issued.
To obtain such a medical policy, you will need to submit the following documents:
- statement of the established form;
- passport of a migrant from his home country, which must be translated and notarized;
- for minor migrants, the main identity document is a birth certificate;
- power of attorney to receive the policy.
According to this document, a foreigner gets the right to use the same medical services as any Russian citizen. In this case, we are talking about territorial and nationwide insurance programs.
When might additional testing be needed?
In some cases, a migrant may need additional testing. This situation is not often encountered, but it does happen.
If a patient is found to be HIV positive, they must be sent for additional testing. If as a result it turns out that the migrant has other diseases dangerous to the he alth of those around him, he will need a detailed andcomprehensive examination.
Also, an additional medical examination is required if drugs are found in a person's blood. When the HIV diagnosis is confirmed, the citizen is not issued an information form with permission to obtain a TRP.
Cost and expiry date
The period during which this medical certificate is valid is only three months. So it’s not worth pulling with the collection of other documents so that you don’t have to undergo a medical examination again. If the validity of the certificate is violated, you will legally be denied a temporary residence permit.
The period during which a decision is made to issue you an opinion based on your analyzes should not exceed 10 days. It is important to note one more point: a migrant must undergo a medical examination at his place of residence.

These documents include an information form, on the basis of which it will be concluded that the foreigner has successfully passed the examination. Separately, a sheet is issued stating that the patient does not have AIDS.

Rejections
In some cases, specialists of the migration service are forced to refuse to receive a TRP. There are various reasons for this. This occurs in the absence of a certificate of medical examination, as well as in the presence of the following diseases:
- tuberculosis;
- HIV infection;
- leprosy;
- syphilis or other dangerous sexually transmitted infection;
- drug addiction.
In such situations, one cannot count on getting a TRP.
