In addition to this study, doctors also have MRI and ultrasound, X-ray examination of the cranium in the arsenal of doctors. But all of them are used for slightly different purposes than the encephalogram of the brain, and do not provide the information that can be obtained using the EEG. But the whole complex may be required, especially if the problem is quite complex, and doctors are not sure of the diagnosis.
