13. Hands are raised at shoulder level. Legs are closed, straight. Slowly lower your hands and clasp them in the lock, then raise and stop in the chest area. Gently bring to the level of the forehead and at the next stage, unfold the arms, while raising the elbows. The next movement is to raise one elbow while lowering the other. Move the chest in the direction where the arm is raised. The torso also makes a U-turn behind the upper elbow. In this exercise, reaching the maximum muscle tension, change the position of the elbow and body. Finish the gymnastics by lowering and connecting the elbows in the chest area. Do 10-18 reps.
