Decoctions and tinctures

- Take one tablespoon of dry chopped raw horsetail and chamomile flowers, pour three cups of boiling water, leave for 30 minutes, strain through cheesecloth and drink throughout the day before each meal.
- Dry and crushed juniper berries, birch leaves and dandelion roots (one tablespoon each) pour a glass of boiling water, let it brew for 30 minutes, strain and drink three times a day during the day before meals.
