Ingredients:

Cones for jam are best collected in early July. Rinse them and soak them in cold water for 24 hours. Pour sugar into a saucepan, add water and bring the mixture to a boil. During cooking, if desired, you can also add a spoonful of lemon juice. Pour jam into jars. The resulting product, reminiscent of the consistency and color of honey, put in the refrigerator. It should be taken in a spoon per day. This jam goes best with white or green tea.

"Honey" from cones

"Honey" should be taken on an empty stomach, diluting it with water. The cones need to be sorted out, washed, then poured into a saucepan and add cold water, which should cover them by two fingers. Bring the water to a boil, then add a kilogram of sugar per liter of water to the contents. After it dissolves, bring everything to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about an hour and a half. Don't forget to skim off excess foam. Everything, cone "honey" is completely ready.

Tincture or wine from spruce cones effectively reduces blood pressure, while preventing strokes and heart attacks.

Ingredients:

  • 2 liters of vodka;
  • half of a 3 liter jar of young buds;
  • 1 glass of sugar.

Cooking

Chop young spruce cones finely and put them in a three-liter jar, filling it halfway. Add a tablespoon of sugar to the vodka and fill the cones to the top. Then cover the jar with gauze and put it in a dark, cool place.

After a week, pour the liquid into another container, repeat the process with the remaining cones. After another week, mix vodka from both cans and leave again for the same period. Everything, the tincture is ready! You need to take it one spoonful three times a day.

Spruce cones: alcohol tincture

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg of sugar;
  • 0, 5 cups of alcohol.
