Using the Sesame test is very simple - you just need to use a pipette to place a couple of drops of your urine into a special window on the scale.
What is Phezam?
This is exactly the remedy that people who ask in pharmacies for Sesame pills to improve memory, insomnia, headaches and other similar conditions want to buy. They are mainly interested in people engaged in mental work, students before exams, elderly citizens who have symptoms of impaired brain activity. This drug is produced in Bulgaria at the Balkanpharma-Dupnitsa enterprise, as well as in a branch in Serbia. It goes on sale in the form of capsules of 10 pieces in a blister (plate) and 6 blisters in a package, that is, 60 capsules in 1 pack.
Fezam isa nootropic drug that provides neurometabolic stimulation of brain functions. It is sold by prescription and without it in any pharmacy in Russia. The price varies from 170 to 260 rubles per 1 pack. The difference in cost does not affect the quality and depends on the seller's transportation, purchasing and other costs.
Chemical composition
Sesame (or Phezam) tablets are a complex therapeutic drug. It consists of two main components:
- Drug "Piracetam" (contains 400 mg in each capsule "Phezam").
- The drug "Cinnarizine" (contains 25 mg per capsule).
In addition, the preparation contains excipients:
- magnesium stearate;
- lactose;
- colloidal silicon dioxide.

This improves the supply of brain cells with oxygen and, of course, nutrients. Despite the fact that Cinnarizine dilates the blood vessels, this does not affect intracranial pressure.
Sesame tablets, instructions
Capsules are required to be taken by swallowing them whole, without opening or mixing their contents with any liquids or substances, such as sugar. Only in the case of prescribing the drug to young children who are not able to swallow the capsules, mixing their powder contents with a liquid, for example, with milk, is allowed. For older children, it is not necessary to divide the capsule. To reduce the dose, simply reduce the number of doses of the remedy.
It is necessary to drink this medicine with clean (not carbonated) water or some other liquids, such as tea, compote.
