The material for research is urine. There are no tablets inside the package. "Sesame" is a kit that includes a pipette, a container for collecting urine and a super sensitive scale that can show that the development of the fetus has begun even before the menstrual cycle is missed. The action of the scale indicator is based on sensitivity to the hormone chorionic gonadotropin. It is produced by the future placenta of a woman's fertilized egg. In small quantities, this hormone appears in the urine already on the 5th, but more often on the 7th day after conception has occurred. Using the Sesame test is very simple - you just need to use a pipette to place a couple of drops of your urine into a special window on the scale.

What is Phezam?

This is exactly the remedy that people who ask in pharmacies for Sesame pills to improve memory, insomnia, headaches and other similar conditions want to buy. They are mainly interested in people engaged in mental work, students before exams, elderly citizens who have symptoms of impaired brain activity. This drug is produced in Bulgaria at the Balkanpharma-Dupnitsa enterprise, as well as in a branch in Serbia. It goes on sale in the form of capsules of 10 pieces in a blister (plate) and 6 blisters in a package, that is, 60 capsules in 1 pack.

Fezam isa nootropic drug that provides neurometabolic stimulation of brain functions. It is sold by prescription and without it in any pharmacy in Russia. The price varies from 170 to 260 rubles per 1 pack. The difference in cost does not affect the quality and depends on the seller's transportation, purchasing and other costs.

The use of Sesame tablets (recall, their correct name is Phezam) asnootropic drugs abroad, for example, in the USA, are not practiced, since its effectiveness in control groups of patients has not been proven. Nevertheless, in Russia this drug is widely used and successfully. "Work" in it two of its main components. Each performs its own role, but together they complement and optimize each other's action.

Most of all in the capsule means "Piracetam". We use it in psychiatry, neurology, and narcological practice. "Piracetam" easily penetrates into the blood, and with it into any organs, is excreted from the body by the kidneys. It activates the process of glucose utilization, improves metabolic processes, enhances the synthesis of nuclear RNA in the brain, and stabilizes blood flow. In addition, "Piracetam" improves the nutrition of brain cells, as a result of which they begin to function more actively. Another important role is to reduce the adhesion of platelets, which means a decrease in thrombosis, which also leads to improved circulation in the blood vessels and its clear delivery to all cells.

Cinnarizine mechanism of action

This remedy is also available in pharmacies as an independent drug, antihistamine and vasodilator. It performs the same functions by entering the Sesame tablets. Indications for use include vascular atherosclerosis, Meniere's syndrome, dementia, recovery from a traumatic brain injury and other conditions precisely due to the fact that Cinnarizine acts directly on small vessels in the brain, expanding their channel, removing the tone of the fibers of the vessel walls, reducing their response to substances that cause diameter narrowing in capillaries and arterioles. This improves the supply of brain cells with oxygen and, of course, nutrients. Despite the fact that Cinnarizine dilates the blood vessels, this does not affect intracranial pressure.
