To do this, the packaging of raw materials is poured with boiling water and allowed to brew for ten minutes. Then the infusion must be brought to a boil and set aside for a while. Strain, pour into a bathtub filled with water to the middle, lower the soaked grass there, which must first be wrapped in a gauze or canvas flap. Take a soothing bath before bed for 15-20 minutesonce a week. Course: 7–10 baths.
- By the same principle, coniferous or motherwort baths are taken.
- A good sedative is a neck pillow filled with lemon balm, mint, chamomile, hops and crushed valerian root. You can make it yourself.
- Tea. Pour a spoonful of dry hawthorn berries into a thermos and pour boiling water over night. To improve the taste, you can add rose hips to them. Drink half a glass before meals two to three times a day.
