- resistance to temperature changes (from minus fifty to plus fifty degrees);

- presence of marking;
- mandatorypassing the relevant tests;
- shelf life is at least twenty-four months from the date of issue for class A, for class B - twenty-six.
If the listed mandatory requirements are not met, then the medical rubber-fabric lined oilcloth, which GOST 3251-91 is not observed, will be considered defective. It cannot be used in medical facilities, as it does not meet safety standards.
