Most often, the treatment of boils is done at home with the help of traditional medicine. And it is worth noting that this method almost always gives a positive result.
Before you start getting rid of this disease on your own, you should find out what a boil is. It is a purulent-necrotic lesion of the hair follicle, which is accompanied by inflammation of the surrounding skin with a transition to the connective tissue, as well as to the sebaceous gland. Treatment of a boil should be immediate, as it not only looks unaesthetic, but is also quite painful. In this regard, below are several ways to alleviate the patient's condition and speed up the recovery process.
What not to do?
Quite a large number of people begin the treatment of a boil by trying to squeeze it out on their own in an unripe state. However, this is strictly prohibited. The fact is that an abscess, called a boil, is located in the skin in such a capsule, which, when squeezed out, can collapse and bring the pus into the blood, thus spreading it throughout the human body. If the boil ripens on its own, then itit will burst, and all the contents will come out of it with particles of dead tissue or with a “rod”. In this case, the resulting wound will quickly heal without leaving a single trace.
Boil: treatment at home
All treatment of this disease comes down to the fact that a person can independently accelerate the maturation of the boil. There are several folk methods for this. Consider them in more detail.
Step 1. Ointment compresses
In order to prepare such a remedy, it is necessary to mix 7-8 parts of fir oil and 3-4 parts of Vishnevsky ointment in a small bowl. The resulting mass of viscous consistency must be applied to a bandage or gauze, and then applied to the affected area, covered with compressor paper and bandaged tightly. It is advisable to change this bandage 2, 3 or even 4 times a day.
Step 2. Strong drugs (folk)
When the abscess is fully mature, the treatment of the boil can be continued with dressings with narcissus root and honey. Also, the boil bursts quite quickly thanks to the resin of the pine tree mixed with mud from bee hives (honeybees).
Stage number 3. Folk remedies that draw out pus
After the furuncle (boil) is opened, the treatment must be continued using the previously presented Vishnevsky ointment. However, it is worth noting that such a product has a rather unpleasant odor, and if it gets on clothes, it leaves stains that almost neverare washed properly. In connection with this fact, the above ointment can be easily replaced with an ordinary cake made from natural products. To do this, you need to take honey and mix it thickly with rye, wheat or barley flour. It is also allowed to use an onion boiled in milk, a dough made from fine iodized s alt and other folk remedies.
