This plant is found among shrubs, water meadows, forest edges and fields.

Infusion of the plant can also be used externally. It is used as a solution for compresses for ulcers, rashes, acne, eczema and skin itching.

Decoction of roots

Field violet has many useful properties. Preparations based on it can be easily prepared at home. To make a decoction, it is necessary to pour 300 milliliters of pure water into the container and pour 10 grams of crushed field violet roots. The saucepan should be placed on a small fire, and then bring its contents to a boil. You need to cook the drug until a third of the original volume remains.

The finished drug should be taken as a laxative five-six times a day, 15 milliliters. You can use the drug as an emetic. In this case, the dosage should be increased to 45 milliliters.
