But it is best to practice regularly, for example, 3-4 times a day (or more), at about the same time. Of course, you won’t be able to remember all the exercises for the eye exercises right away, so you can make small cards with their descriptions and take them with you to work. At home, as a reminder, you can draw a poster and hang it on the wall in a conspicuous place. Sketch eye movements or simply describe each exercise, and your loved ones may join in over time.
