In the instructions for use, the tablets "Baclosan" are designated as a centrally acting muscle relaxant. They reduce the excitability of the terminal sections of sensitive afferent fibers and suppress intermediate neurons, thereby inhibiting poly- and monosynaptic transmission of nerve impulses. In addition, the product relieves the pre-stress of the muscle spindles.

The main component of the "Baklosan" composition is baclofen. The drug has a high absorption rate. Its maximum concentration in the blood is reached 2-3 hours after taking the pill. The drug is quickly absorbed by the digestive system. Excreted from the body by the kidneys. The medicine reduces convulsions, lowers the tone of skeletal muscles, as a result of which the sensitivity of the limbs also decreases.

"Tolperizon" - an analogue of "Baklosan", belongs to the group of N-cholinolytics. A muscle relaxant drug that has a selective effect (depressant) on the caudal part of the reticular formation of the brain, has anticholinergic central properties. It does not have any effect on the peripheral parts of the human nervous system. The drug is characterized by a weak vasodilating and antispasmodic effect.

  • Diseases with stiffness, muscle spasm and dystonia, obliterating diseases of the arteries (thromboangiitis obliterans and atherosclerosis of the vessels of the upper and lower extremities, diabetic angiopathy, Raynaud's syndrome).
  • Cerebral and spinal palsy (contracturelimbs, muscle spasm and hypertonicity, spinal automatism).
  • Motor disorders resulting from damage to the subcortical-thalamic connections and basal ganglia.
  • Little's disease, disorders of post-thrombotic venous and lymphatic circulation, trophic ulcers of the lower leg, epilepsy, hypertonicity, combined with a violation of muscle tone of a different type, as well as encephalopathy, which has a vascular etiology.
